Nexguard Protect Is Hiring Security Professionals

Position Overview:
We are seeking vigilant, reliable, and professional Security Officers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting our client’s property, assets, and personnel by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises (industrial, commercial, or residential sites).
• Monitor and authorize entrance/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems.
• Write clear, detailed, and accurate incident reports for any security occurrences.
• Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing site rules and regulations.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, PSRA standards, and Jamaican laws.

Requirements:

• PSRA Security Guard Certificate is required.
• Clean police record.
• Proven experience as a security guard or relevant role is preferred.
• Excellent observational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
