Position Overview:
We are seeking vigilant, reliable, and professional Security Officers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting our client’s property, assets, and personnel by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises (industrial, commercial, or residential sites).
Monitor and authorize entrance/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
Operate and monitor security systems, including CCTV and alarm systems.
Write clear, detailed, and accurate incident reports for any security occurrences.
Provide exceptional customer service while enforcing site rules and regulations.
Respond promptly to emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, PSRA standards, and Jamaican laws.

Requirements:

PSRA Security Guard Certificate is required.
Clean police record.
Proven experience as a security guard or relevant role is preferred.
Excellent observational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
