Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!

Location: Phoenix VetCare, 73 Westminister Rd, Kingston10,  Jamaica

Hours:  Full-time, We operate 7 days a week. Applicants must be able to work any 5 of the 7 days on a pre-scheduled shift. Including Saturday and Sunday.

Are you passionate about animals and providing exceptional customer service? Our veterinary clinic is looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email and text messages with a warm and welcoming attitude.

• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.

• Handle client inquiries, provide information about services, and process payments.

• Maintain accurate client records and update patient information.

• Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

• Assist with administrative tasks and support the clinic's daily activities.

Qualifications:

• CSEC – 5 subjects including Math and English; additional qualifications in customer service or administration are a plus.

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software.

• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with a positive attitude.

• A genuine love for animals and a compassionate approach to client care.
