Seeking Not Renting A House

I'm looking for a 3-bedroom house to rent for myself, my mom, and my son, with private amenities and a yard, no sharing. It should be gated. Preferred locations include Ensom Acres, Ensom Meadows, Eltham Vista, Fairview, Angels, among others. I value honesty, respect, and good communication from a landlord, someone who does not discriminate and treats everyone fairly. I hold these qualities myself and believe in being treated equally.
