I manage, maintain and rent empty homes here in Jamaica. I am currently looking for empty properties in the St Ann/St Mary area. I own a vehicle and can get around if you have an empty property in a parish furthur, than the ones mentioned above.

I do both short term and long term leases, as well as airbnb management. Whatever you want I aim to provide. 

the rent for leases will be agreed with you in advanced and depending on the property itself, you can charge up to 100 USD per night for airbnb guests.
