Caution Rosemarie White The Con Artist: 3 Bedrooms

⚠️ BEWARE OF ROSEMARIE WHITE ⚠️ Multiple individuals are warning prospective tenants to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Rosemarie White, the titled owner of the property. She has been accused of scamming, scheming, con-artist behavior, changing rental agreements after receiving money, and using tenants’ personal information to create false accusations and defamatory claims. Although allegedly aware that the property is uninhabitable, she continues renting it while pressuring tenants to accept unsafe conditions or pay for electricity, household, and other essential repairs she previously promised would be completed. Tenants report that these promises are false and designed to make one tenant fund improvements that she and her other tenants will benefit from. Reported conditions include no electricity, secure locks, functioning stove, gates, or protective grills; leaking roofs; an inadequate fence; and an advertised “outside bathroom” that is reportedly only a broken-down toilet sitting openly in the yard. She has also allegedly attempted to place additional tenants—including individuals described as dangerous or gang-affiliated—inside an already-occupied home and expected everyone to live under the same roof without the existing tenant’s prior agreement. All information presented in this listing is the information tied to her property including pics of property and pics of listing. Please independently verify utilities and repairs, document every promise, and send no money until all conditions have been confirmed. Beware of her numerous listings under farmland and off grid living space in Santoy, Hanover. Do not conduct business with her, she only wants to take your money to fund her lifestyle while you sit in an uninhabitable unsafe and unkept property. She has 2 numbers, ‪+1 (876) 775‑3171‬ and 876-419-4005. If you do choose to conduct business with her expect the rental contract to be thrown out, she will then charge you 120 usd a night.
