The kitches are equipped with a refrigerator, a stove and a microwave oven. Each kitchen has its own utencels and cooking equipments. Each flat is airconditioned. Occupants will have access to two decks for relaxation: a lower and a upper deck. Both deks allows panaromic view of the surroundings, the mountains, and awesome views of the sunset.

The property also has separate facilities for Wedding and wedding receptions, family reunions and family party, retreats and seminars. There is an area for meal preparation for such events. A bathrooms and toilets are also available exclusive of each flat. 

Free parking is also available on the property. Additional parking is available nearby for overflow guests. Guest have easy driving access to the property both from the front and the rear. There is a romp for persons with wheel chair.

Longville park is a residential housing development. The community is very quiet, clean, safe and wel kept. It is a sought after place for middle income families. There is easy access to shopping malls in May Pen, Old Harbour, Spanish Town, Portmore, Kingston and Manceville. Access to the community is easy from the high ways in all direction.
