A growing company in the automotive sector is seeking a sales associate.  The successful team member will efficiently perform the following duties:

1. Assist walk-in and telephone customers.
2. Cashiering  – receive payments for bikes, bike parts and accessories and dispatch goods to customers using the established procedure. 
3. Balance sales at end of each day
4. Maintain updated inventory of bikes, bike parts, and accessories; highlight items for re-order in a timely manner.
5. Assist with sourcing new customers and upselling items to existing customers.
6. Assist with organizing displays and keeping the store organized. 
7. Demonstrate a winning customer service attitude; project a professional image of the company in all customer interactions. 
8. Maintain an updated document filing system.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5 CXCs including English Language and Mathematics or equivalent
• Proficient in basic computer operations, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong numerical skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
