Administrator

Amalya is growing its quarry operations. We need one practical person to run admin and HR workflows end-to-end—paperwork, people-planning, and production support.

*Requirements*
- Flexible for early starts/late finishes when plant or trucks demand it
- Valid ID; own transport a plus
- Strong with Excel/Word; precise with timesheets, logs, and filings
- Trustworthy, discreet, and calm under deadline pressure
- Helpful backgrounds: admin, clerical, stores, HR/personnel, scheduling; quarry/aggregates useful but not required

*Duties—Admin & Production*
- Keep personnel files, inductions, PPE logs, and ticket controls current
- Run timesheets, leave, and daily crew lists; collate downtime/tonnage and circulate reports
- File weighbridge dockets; update inventory and order logs.
- Maintain tidy, audit-ready records; assist with walk-throughs and lock-out prep

*Duties—HR Management*
- Own recruitment basics: ads, shortlists, reference checks, onboarding schedule
- Track attendance, overtime, and disciplinary notes; keep updated org chart and role files
- Drive training/refreshers (safety, equipment, customer-facing conduct), renewals, and allowance logs
- Manage staff relations day-to-day—listen, mediate, escalate; promote a fair, drug-free, safety-first culture.
